Why do I need a WanGov account to use EduPay? ⌄
WanGov provides secure sign-in and the official government checkout process. This helps confirm the payer,
reduce fraud, and generate official receipts and payment history where available. EduPay does not store sensitive payment details.
I paid, but my balance is not updated. What should I do? ⌄
Updates usually happen automatically after checkout. Confirm you used the correct Admission/Student ID and keep your receipt.
If the issue continues, contact your institution’s finance office with your payment reference and date/time.
How do I get my receipt or proof of payment? ⌄
Receipts are issued immediately after a successful payment in WanGov checkout. Save or download the receipt.
If you cannot find it, check your WanGov payment history (where available) or contact your institution’s finance office with the payment reference.
My payment failed or I was debited. What next? ⌄
Avoid repeated retries. First, confirm whether a receipt was issued in WanGov checkout.
If you were debited without a receipt, keep the transaction details (amount, date/time, reference) and report it through your institution’s support channel.
I entered the wrong Student ID. Can I correct the payment? ⌄
Contact your institution’s finance office with the receipt/payment reference to request a correction, in line with the institution’s policy.
Are refunds supported? ⌄
Refunds and reversals follow the institution’s payment policy. Submit a request to your institution’s finance office with your receipt and payment details.
