What we collect
- Institutional metadata (e.g., programme, level, fee items).
- Student identifiers needed to locate fee records (e.g., admission number).
- Payment status and references from WanGov after checkout completes.
- Basic usage logs for security and reliability.
What we do not store
- No card numbers or mobile wallet secrets.
- No unnecessary personal data unrelated to fee processing.
How we use information
- To display fee balances and generate application numbers for WanGov checkout.
- To reconcile payments and provide receipts to institutions and students.
- To secure the Portal, monitor uptime, and improve reliability.
Security
Traffic is protected with HTTPS/TLS. Role-based access and audit logs help prevent misuse. WanGov manages the payment step.
