These terms govern use of the Student Fees Portal (“Portal”). They are concise and avoid sensitive details.
Purpose
The Portal provides a standardized way for institutions and students to manage tuition and fee payments via the official WanGov checkout.
Responsibilities
- Institutions: maintain accurate fee schedules and student records.
- Users: safeguard access credentials and comply with institutional policies.
- Portal: generate application numbers, record payment statuses, and provide reconciliation tools.
Payments
Payments are executed by WanGov. The Portal does not process or store card or wallet secrets.
Acceptable Use
No misuse of the Portal, data scraping, or attempts to circumvent security.
Changes
The Ministry may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
